Ben was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, and spent 30 years in the city before moving to Northern Idaho with his family (they were tired of living in a microwave). With a background in law enforcement (10.5 years at the Phoenix Police Department), he transitioned to real estate as a REALTOR® and soon became a top producer in Sandpoint Idaho. After 4 years in the industry, Ben then founded his own company, Elite Realty Partners, brokered by eXp. His goal is to provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers by listening to their needs, goals, and timelines. Ben prioritizes providing consistent educational material to his clients over being salesy. Finally, he surrounds himself with top industry professionals to deliver a premium experience. Away from work, Ben loves to stay busy with outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, skiing, and all the adventures with his kids. He lives on 10 acres and every season he expands the farm life, raising chickens, turkeys, pigs, steer, horses, and coming soon….. alpacas.
