SHOWINGS
Once you are pre-approved, we will start sending you homes daily based on your criteria through text and email. Once a home hits the market you want to see, we will schedule a private tour of the home with you.
STEP 3:
GUIDANCE
Sometimes having good negotiating skills isn't enough. Every situation is different and we have seen them all. You will receive expert guidance from us on how you should make your offer to give you the best chance of winning.
STEP 4:
CLOSING
After your offer is accepted, we will walk you through the entire closing process (15 to 30 days). You will have a full-time transaction coordinator handling your file to ensure you receive all the proper disclosures, documents, etc. We will help you navigate and negotiate any potential pitfalls and expertly turn any negatives into positives.
