Ben was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, where he spent 30 years before making the move to North Idaho with his family after deciding they were officially done living in a microwave. Before real estate, Ben served 10.5 years with the Phoenix Police Department, where he built a foundation of discipline, communication, and problem-solving that still shapes the way he serves clients today.

After transitioning into real estate as a REALTOR®, Ben quickly became one of the top-producing agents in the Sandpoint, Idaho market. He is the founder of Elite Realty Partners at Real Broker, a brokerage voted Best Real Estate Agency in 2024 and 2025.
